I have always loved animals and pets so working with them all day and learning how their bodies work fascinates me. Everyday, I feel like I am making a difference in the lives of not only my pet patients, but also their human families as well.
Vanessa Marcano DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Vanessa Marcano grew up in Frisco, TX and graduated from Centennial High School in 2014. She attended Texas A&M University for both her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences and D.V.M. She graduated with her Bachelors in 2018 and her Doctorate in 2021. While in vet school, Dr. Marcano was highly involved in student government, American Association of Bovine Practitioners, American Association of Equine Practitioners and Vet School Open House. While in her last year of vet school, Dr. Marcano pursued a certification in Veterinary Acupuncture.

Dr. Marcano looks forward to becoming a part of the local community. She enjoys spending time with her pets, horseback riding, gardening and just about anything outside.

She is also fluent in three languages: Spanish, French and English!
